Marcie is a patient, yet persistent problem solver who brings a collaborative, inclusive approach to the processes of organizational operation and change, and believes in the strength and power of fostering the development of leadership at all levels of the organization. She has experience in fund and resource management, new program development, rebranding and restructuring, and strategic plan development, execution and evaluation. Marcie earned her Bachelors and Masters from the University of Pittsburgh and is dedicated to guiding and supporting nonprofits through change in a way that ensures practical, realistic, effective outcomes and alignment to mission and purpose.
