Kim Morgan is an experienced Chief Executive Officer, working in non-profit organizational management for 30+ years. She has worked to improve the quality of life for those impacted by poverty, mental health and substance abuse issues, and homelessness.

Kim has served on multiple boards, and currently serves on the board of Danbury and New Milford Hospital, and the board of Western CT Coalition, a prevention and behavioral health organization. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an MS degree in Management Communications.
