I have over 20 years’ COO/CFO experience with nonprofit and for-profit companies in strategy, M&A, finance, operations, HR and IT, including 5 years’ auditing with a Big Four public accounting firm. I’ve worked with U.S. and international organizations, and with diverse sectors and business models from $1M to $100M in annual revenues and up to 350 staff. Led teams from 1 to 34 staff.
The nonprofits I’ve worked with include a $35M human services organization; a $70M multi-entity nurses’ association, accrediting organization, and foundation; a $100M IT organization, and a $10M human rights organization.
In my interim COO/CFO roles, I combine strategic, operational, and financial frameworks from my for-profit experience with nonprofit technical skills, plus certified executive coaching and emotional intelligence skills.
I’ve served on two nonprofit boards, one national and one community-based, on the executive, strategic planning, finance, and CEO search committees, including 3 years as a board treasurer.
I coach executives on leadership matters, success in a new role, and building team and peer relationships. I also provide trainings and assessments on emotional intelligence to executives and staff.
