With over 30 years of experience in leading and growing successful organizations in the MedTech and digital health industries, Pamela is a board member and executive mentor who offers a unique combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial mindset. She has a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including the FDA, CMS, NIH, industry, and patient advocacy groups to advance medical device regulatory science and innovation for the benefit of patients.

As the former President and CEO of Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC), the first public-private partnership of its kind, she spearheaded several initiatives to improve the development, assessment, and review of new medical technologies, such as digital health, AI, cybersecurity, RWE/RWD, quality, patient preference, early feasibility studies, and diagnostics. She has extensive experience in leading and managing financials, strategic planning and execution, innovation, and cybersecurity for various organizations in the healthcare, technology, higher education, and nonprofit sectors.
