Beth Barberree, transformation pioneer and driving force for innovative strategy development through exceptional relationship building.

Known by her colleagues as an influential agent for transformation who leads with undeterred confidence and approaches even the most daunting and complex challenges with unflagging perseverance, Beth’s career is testament to these traits.

An inspiring force, Beth handles leadership with grace and insight, inspiring and cultivating greatness in those around her. She carves a path where few have trodden and is an unapologetic innovator, tethered to a deeply rooted commitment and passion to drive change.

Beth earned her Master of Arts in Health Leadership at Royal Roads University, and holds multiple certifications in branding, marketing, design thinking, innovation, management consulting, and massage therapy. She began her career as a registered massage therapist and clinical director, later pivoting to partner with healthcare professionals as a management consultant. Beth’s leadership prowess came to the forefront as the Founding Chair and Executive Director of the Alberta Support Council for Massage Therapy where she relentlessly advocated for regulating the massage therapy profession in Canada, resulting in achieving a successful merging of two competing clinical entry-to-practice examinations that eliminated redundancy and adversarial culture.

More recently, as the Executive Director/Chief Operations Officer for the Canadian Centre for Men and Families, Beth focused on spearheading stakeholder relations in a very delicate political space and safeguarding both client privacy and organizational reputation, while analyzing gaps and implementing operational improvements across multiple regional branches nationwide.

Before relocating to the United States in 2023, Beth served as Interim Executive Director for the Learning Disabilities Association of Saskatchewan. Liaison to the board and head of government relations, she directed a $4M budget and transformed the organization’s culture and financial health.

Beth joined the American Bonanza Society in July of 2024. As the latest Executive Director in their near 60-year history, she stewarded the organization’s committed staff through the change in senior operational and financial team members. All the while, a sharp focus was kept on maintaining excellence in member service delivery to their 10,000+ members worldwide.
