Vincent Hicks is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic advising, and nonprofit consulting. He specializes in helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their financial management, navigate transitions, and build sustainable practices.

Vincent’s approach emphasizes both technical expertise and organizational fit. He works with leadership teams to build resiliency by improving funding stability, strengthening internal controls, and adapting financial systems to changing regulations. Just as importantly, he respects and supports each organization’s culture, ensuring that solutions are practical and aligned with mission and values.
