Robin Lamott Sparks is an experienced nonprofit executive, interim leader, and consultant who specializes in guiding mission-driven organizations through times of change and growth. Robin’s leadership has strengthened a wide range of organizations, from advocacy coalitions to direct service providers. As Executive Director of End Hunger Connecticut!, she quadrupled revenue, nearly tripled staff, and led statewide food security coordination during the COVID-19 emergency. At the Community Health Network of CT Foundation, she restructured operations and led the most successful fundraising event in the Foundation’s history. During her tenure with the Coalition for New Britain’s Youth, she doubled the budget, built out the team, secured over $1 million in grants, and helped the city earn back-to-back All-America City Awards.
Earlier in her career, Robin advanced public policy through leadership roles with the Bridgeport Child Advocacy Coalition, Congress, and the FBI, and was instrumental in a landmark Title IX lawsuit that preserved and expanded athletic opportunities for women at Quinnipiac University.
