Rahul Keshap is a nonprofit professional and attorney with over 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations of all sizes. He is the founder of Shuru Law (shurulaw.com), a legal practice serving startups and nonprofits in Virginia and Washington DC with a focus on corporate governance and strategic planning.

Rahul partners with founders and organizational leaders to understand their stories and provide legal guidance tailored to their goals. Before launching Shuru Law, he spent over 15 years at CFA Institute, a global association of 150,000+ investment professionals, including two years in its Asia Pacific division based in Hong Kong.

He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia, where he now teaches the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic as adjunct faculty. Rahul also volunteers with the Community Investment Collaborative and serves on the board of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
