Paul Levy has served in a variety of leadership positions–CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; Dean for Administration at Harvard Medical School; Adjunct Professor at MIT; Executive Director of the MA Water Resources Authority; Chair of the MA Department of Public Utilities; Executive Director of the Arkansas Department of Energy. In addition, he has served on a variety of corporate and non-profit boards including the City of Newton School Committee (elected); FARM Advisory Committee (advising the MA Commissioner of Higher Education on the financial status of colleges and universities); Charles River Watershed Association (environmental advocacy organization); ISO-New England (the regional electricity grid); the Boston Celebrity Series (the city’s largest performing arts organization); the MIT Corporation; Risk Management Foundation (medical malpractice company); Providence Energy Corporation; Newton Girls Soccer; and Boston Area Youth Soccer. He advises companies worldwide on complex negotiations through his affiliation with Lax Sebenius, LLC.
