Jennifer Gennaro Oxley is an interim executive and organizational transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transition, and change across the nonprofit, corporate, education, government, and entrepreneurial sectors. She partners with boards and leadership teams to create clarity, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and build the structures, culture, and momentum needed for lasting impact.

Jennifer has served in interim executive leadership roles with The Capital Collective and The Fulbright Association, leading organizations through pivotal moments by aligning teams around a clear strategic direction, refining organizational strategy, overseeing organizational structure and day-to-day operations, and advancing fundraising, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. She is known for helping organizations move from uncertainty to execution while strengthening their capacity for long-term success.

Previously, Jennifer founded and led The Motley Fool Foundation, building it from concept to a nationally recognized $15 million public charity dedicated to advancing financial freedom through innovative partnerships, programs, and philanthropy. Earlier in her career, she led a successful turnaround of The Fulbright Association, served as Co-Executive Director of Playworks Greater Washington, and held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and expertise in organizational transformation, strategic planning, governance, operational leadership, fundraising, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. She is a Board Member Emeritus of Leadership Greater Washington and holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University and a B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
