Jeff Conroy brings over 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, beginning with 13 formative years at the Boy Scouts of America, where he gained in-depth knowledge of nonprofit structure, leadership, and community engagement. This experience laid the foundation for a career centered on mission-driven service and organizational growth.

He went on to serve as CEO of St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho, where he tripled the organization’s budget and expanded critical housing and support programs. As Executive Director of United Way of North Idaho, Jeff boosted donor contributions and cultivated key community partnerships.

Most recently at Heritage Health, Jeff served as Internal Communications Manager, where he launched the organization’s intranet, HHTV, and the Ask the CEO video series—initiatives that significantly improved internal communication and employee engagement.

Jeff is also the founder of Conroy Leadership Consulting, where he helps nonprofits secure major gifts, strengthen leadership, and build sustainable strategies for growth. He is the author of Nonprofit Leadership Success: A Short Guide to Big Results, a concise guide to effective nonprofit management, and the co-host of the podcast No More Leadership BS, where he shares practical, unfiltered insights on leadership and professional development.

He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
