Gregg Davis, President of Impact Consults Transitions (M.B.A. Columbia University), is an accomplished non-profit leader, strategic problem solver, and Interim Executive Director with 35+ years in the sector. Gregg co-founded a human services non-profit in his mid- 20’s, has served as a permanent CEO, supervised internal operations as a Chief Operating Officer, and led fundraising operations as a Senior VP of Development. Over the last 18 years he has consulted widely in strategic planning, mergers and collaborations and executive search, and held seven interim roles in organizations ranging from 5 staff to 2000.

Gregg’s career began by developing a first of its kind alternative college experience for young people with learning and/or developmental disabilities. After serving 15 years as COO and later CEO, he then led the successful turnaround of a struggling specialist small college in the UK.

Gregg prides himself on building trusting relationships with colleagues and building a positive environment for staff to flourish. He is known as a supportive coach and mentor who can remain calm within the storm, and offer clear leadership, without ego. Gregg has a wide tool kit of leadership, decision making and analytical skills and experience to draw from.

Gregg has significant executive level and consulting experience in vision and strategy development, fundraising and board development, leadership transitions and executive search, mergers and organizational partnerships, finance and budgeting and meeting and workshop facilitation. He has built and supported strong boards and advisory boards and led major organizational change efforts and successful “turn arounds” as an interim executive. His combined consulting and interim projects have ranged across a variety of sectors, including:
