Eric Arnold is an accomplished nonprofit executive and consultant with more than 30 years experience leading and advising mission-driven organizations. Over his 22 years as the Executive Director at Hale Education, Eric expanded the organization’s educational programs, raised over $60M, and spearheaded the region’s most significant land conservation initiative in decades. Early in his career he founded a nonprofit and taught at an independent school, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong commitment to social impact and education.

Eric is deeply engaged in the nonprofit sector, having held multiple volunteer leadership roles on boards and committees. He now provides organizations with strategic planning, fundraising, governance, and executive coaching services as well as bringing the successful traits of his own executive transition to others. Recognized by clients as “kind, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable,” Eric is praised for his professionalism, integrity, and thoughtful approach to leadership.

Passionate about strengthening communities and fostering environments where equity and diversity thrive, Eric is known for seeking out breakthrough ideas that drive meaningful change. He believes that organizations are strongest when actively engaged with their communities and leverages his broad network of associations and donor collaboratives across New England to maximize his impact.

Eric holds a Master in Educational Leadership and Business Administration from Lesley University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Mass Communications from the University of Denver. He has received multiple leadership awards from the American Camping Association. He and his wife are avid travelers enjoying extended visits throughout the United States and Central America; when not traveling, they reside on a lake in Maine.
