Debbie Pantin commenced her career as a social worker, progressing into executive leadership with a focus on expanding and integrating mental health, substance use services, and health care. Her professional experience also encompasses work in health, housing, and shelter services.
In recent years, Debbie has held Chief Executive Officer positions at prominent organizations including Outreach Development Corporation and Vocational Instruction Project Services (VIP), strategically managing services for thousands of clients annually.
In 2022, Governor Kathy Hochul appointed Debbie to the NY State Opioid Settlement Fund Advisory Board (OSFAB), where she has since served as Chair of the Board, soon after her appointment in 2022. She is also a member of both the Behavioral Health Service Advisory Council of NYS (BHSAC) and the Community Services Board (NYC) as a member of the Substance Use Subcommittee.
