Courtney’s career has spanned community-based organizations, national nonprofits, and international NGOs. She has worked extensively on education equity for immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities, both in the U.S. and abroad. This experience across direct service, policy, and systems change has shaped her ability to see the “big picture” while addressing the day-to-day realities that nonprofits face.
