Jade Richardson Bock is a seasoned nonprofit executive and consultant with two
decades of experience leading mission-driven organizations through growth,
transition, and serving complex community needs. She currently serves as a Senior
Consultant with Building Beloved Communities, partnering with a diverse roster of
501(c)(3) organizations nationwide to strengthen governance, and design
fundraising, communications, and employee wellness practices that support
sustainable impact. Her expertise on operations analysis and building systems and
relationships allow organizations to deliver their missions with clarity and care.​
Prior to consulting, Jade led The Grief Center of New Mexico as Executive Director,
stewarding multi-million-dollar campaigns, overseeing human resources and fiscal
management, and guiding trauma-informed programming for diverse and
underserved communities. She has also contributed to the field through co-
authoring Parenting Through Grief, a book used by hospices and grief support
programs throughout the country to support adults raising grieving children while
grieving, and advising on Draw It Out, a resiliency-building manual for teens. Jade
holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Mexico, is a Certified Grief
Educator, and has been recognized with multiple awards for her leadership and
contributions to New Mexico families and the nonprofit sector.
