She currently serves as Interim COO at The Capital Collective, where she co leads strategy, fund development, and operations, including the use of AI, for a growing national nonprofit focused on small business success. As the founding Executive Director of The Motley Fool Foundation, she built a 15 million dollar national organization dedicated to advancing financial freedom through community programming, investment funds, research, and strategic alliances.

Jennifer has a strong track record of revitalizing organizations, including The Fulbright Association, where she helped merge operations, drive legislative progress, launch new impact programs, and modernize governance.
