Jennifer Gennaro Oxley is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and impact across nonprofit, corporate, government, education, and chamber sectors. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, empowering teams, fostering innovation, and building strategic partnerships that advance mission driven goals.

She currently serves as Interim COO at The Capital Collective, where she co leads strategy, fund development, and operations, including the use of AI, for a growing national nonprofit focused on small business success. As the founding Executive Director of The Motley Fool Foundation, she built a 15 million dollar national organization dedicated to advancing financial freedom through community programming, investment funds, research, and strategic alliances.

Jennifer has a strong track record of revitalizing organizations, including The Fulbright Association, where she helped merge operations, drive legislative progress, launch new impact programs, and modernize governance. Her previous roles with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Electronic Retailing Alliance further demonstrate her ability to create innovative partnerships while growing membership and revenue.

She serves on several nonprofit boards, including Leadership Greater Washington, and is deeply committed to mentoring and community building.
