Beth Shipp is a strategic interim and fractional executive specializing in stabilizing mission-driven organizations during times of transition, restructuring, and growth. With more than two decades of leadership experience across the social justice, advocacy, and political sectors, she brings a steady, equity-centered approach that helps boards and teams maintain momentum while preparing for what’s next.

As Executive Director of Mothers Out Front, Beth led a comprehensive organizational transformation for a multi-state grassroots movement advancing climate justice. She implemented systems that strengthened accountability, clarified decision-making, and embedded justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) practices throughout operations, compensation, and culture.

Previously, as Managing Director at Caring Across Generations, she oversaw strategic operations during a period of rapid scaling, doubling the organization’s budget from $3.5M to $7M while transforming hiring and compensation practices to center equity and inclusion.

Earlier in her career, Beth served as the first Executive Director of LPAC, where she led the startup PAC through a phase of exponential growth, increasing the donor base by more than 500% and significantly expanding LGBTQIA and women’s representation in endorsed candidates.

Across roles, Beth is known for bringing calm, clarity, and structure to complexity—aligning boards, executives, and staff around shared priorities and strengthening systems for long-term sustainability. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity and belonging, ensuring that mission-driven organizations emerge from transition stronger, more stable, and ready to thrive.

She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of the Interim Executives Academy (2025).
