Jill Kracov Zinckgraf

Jill Kracov Zinckgraf is a dynamic leader and consultant with over 30 years of executive experience, specializing in guiding nonprofit organizations through strategic planning, leadership transitions, and organizational development. Jill’s approach is deeply rooted in inclusivity and equity, ensuring that solutions are tailored to address the needs of social justice and advocacy organizations through a DEIAB lens.

Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director & CEO of a national advocacy organization, Jill has led the organization through a pivotal 45-year leadership transition. She has implemented essential structures, including comprehensive fundraising strategies, audience outreach initiatives, and documentation frameworks, positioning the organization for sustainable and equitable growth. Jill has also expanded programming, both digitally and in person, while cultivating partnerships to amplify its mission of advancing education, empowerment, and equality.

Previously, as the Executive Director & CEO of a nonprofit focused on interpersonal violence, Jill transformed the organization from a team of 15 to over 40 employees, significantly expanding programs and services. Her strategic leadership resulted in a 300% increase in funding, a 98% growth in volunteer support, and a 400% expansion of survivor services. Jill has also advocated for marginalized populations at local, state, and national levels, securing millions in funding and influencing public policy to address systemic issues.

Jill’s extensive experience extends to board leadership and governance. She has chaired coalitions and led strategic initiatives to strengthen governance and accountability. She has also worked with organizations to integrate DEIAB principles into leadership, fostering inclusive and mission-aligned operations.

An accomplished public speaker, Jill has delivered presentations on women’s history and social justice across the country, inspiring audiences to champion equality and advocate for systemic change. She holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies. Jill has received numerous accolades for her leadership and advocacy work, including recognition as a business leader and innovator in the nonprofit sector.
