During the COVID-19 crisis, she maintained essential healthcare services, implemented testing and vaccination initiatives, and ensured operational continuity. Jeanne also developed an independent Accountable Care Organization, securing over $12 million in shared savings by improving care coordination and reducing costs. She launched innovative programs like medical respite care for unhoused patients, reducing system-wide costs and emergency department reliance.
Previously, as Chief Financial, Administrative, and Compliance Officer at Thundermist, Jeanne managed large-scale capital projects, including a $6M expansion and a $7.2M facility initiative, securing HRSA approvals, financing, and construction oversight. Between 2004 and 2013, Jeanne held multiple leadership roles at Westerly Hospital Healthcare, including Interim CEO, EVP, CFO, and COO. During the hospital’s transition from state-run receivership to private ownership, she worked closely with the Special Master to execute a financial turnaround, successfully leading bridge financing, marketing strategies, due diligence, and a court-supervised sale that transformed a $1 million monthly loss into break-even operations.
