Jeanne is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience as a CFO, CEO, and COO in both interim and full-time positions. She excels in financial management, operational leadership, and guiding organizations through periods of transition and growth. Throughout her career, Jeanne has served as interim CFO and CEO multiple times, successfully securing the permanent role on three occasions. She also led a hospital sale through state receivership as Interim CEO, demonstrating her ability to step into critical leadership positions and create stability during uncertain times. Moving forward, Jeanne is focused on interim executive roles, where she can provide immediate impact while setting organizations on a sustainable path for future success.

Most recently, as President and CEO at Thundermist Health Center, Jeanne led significant expansion efforts, increasing clinic capacity from 42,000 to 62,000 patients and growing revenues from $40 million to $100 million. She spearheaded capital investment planning, overseeing facility expansions to meet evolving community needs. During the COVID-19 crisis, she maintained essential healthcare services, implemented testing and vaccination initiatives, and ensured operational continuity. Jeanne also developed an independent Accountable Care Organization, securing over $12 million in shared savings by improving care coordination and reducing costs. She launched innovative programs like medical respite care for unhoused patients, reducing system-wide costs and emergency department reliance.

Previously, as Chief Financial, Administrative, and Compliance Officer at Thundermist, Jeanne managed large-scale capital projects, including a $6M expansion and a $7.2M facility initiative, securing HRSA approvals, financing, and construction oversight. She effectively managed a $40M budget supporting 200,000 annual visits, increasing cash reserves and driving 10% annual revenue growth through diverse funding sources.

Between 2004 and 2013, Jeanne held multiple leadership roles at Westerly Hospital Healthcare, including Interim CEO, EVP, CFO, and COO. During the hospital’s transition from state-run receivership to private ownership, she worked closely with the Special Master to execute a financial turnaround, successfully leading bridge financing, marketing strategies, due diligence, and a court-supervised sale that transformed a $1 million monthly loss into break-even operations.
